Five full days on the water.

From November 3-7, you’ll head out early with the crew to look for marlin and other marine wildlife.

One private panga. Six guests.

Expect long days offshore, usually from about 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with lunch, snacks, and soft drinks aboard.

Wildlife

Snorkel with marlin and look for wildlife offshore.

You may also encounter mahi-mahi, tuna, sea lions, dolphins, whales, turtles, and large schools of fish. Orcas and mobula rays appear occasionally.

Return to camp each afternoon for dinner and a quiet night under the open sky.

Itinerary

Day by day.

Arrive November 2, spend five days on the water, and return to La Paz November 8.

Day 1, November 2

Arrive and settle into camp.

BajaBlue will pick you up in La Paz at the agreed place and time. From there, you’ll drive to Magdalena Bay, transfer to the dock, and take a roughly 30-minute water taxi to the island.

  • Camp welcome and snorkel-gear fitting
  • Lunch, dinner, snacks, and a salsa bar
  • Free time on the island
  • No offshore outing on arrival day

Days 2-6, November 3-7

Head offshore each morning.

Head out early on your private panga for marlin snorkeling and wildlife encounters. The crew adjusts the route and timing to the conditions.

  • Breakfast from 5:00 to 6:15 AM
  • Time on the water from about 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Packed lunch, snacks, and soft drinks aboard
  • Dinner, snacks, and free time back at camp

Day 7, November 8

Return to La Paz.

After breakfast, take the water taxi back to port, then continue by private transport to your agreed drop-off in La Paz.
